What it entails:
- A FREE initial Consultation to decide if Life Coaching is for you.
- An initial five sessions, either face to face or by telephone.
- A contract of commitment to the process and payment details signed by both the coach and the client.
- Agreed actions by the client between sessions to ensure targets are met and action plans progressed.
- Access to a range of inspiring resources and exercises to challenge negative thought patterns and develop a positive mental attitude.
